Summer 2018: Events Programme

Scotland’s Futures Forum is delighted to announce our Summer Programme of Events.

In the Scottish Parliament, we’ll be hosting a panel discussion including author Christopher Brookmyre and robotics expert Professor Sethu Vijayakumar on our aspirations for 2030 and #OurFutureScotland, along with a challenge on the future world of work: what would Scotland in 2030 look like without a gender pay gap? What would have to change, both at work and outside?

Away from the Parliament, we’ll be taking our debate on our future society to the North East as part of the University of Aberdeen’s May Festival, and we’re working with Ivan McKee MSP to bring together a seminar in Glasgow on the opportunities for the city from autonomous vehicles.

These events are all open to the public. Follow the links in the programme or email ScotlandsFuturesForum@parliament.scot for more information.
