What does the future hold for young people? What do they think will happen?

As part of a BBC Scotland Learning project “The Future and Me”, pupils from the Glasgow Gaelic School and St Andrew’s & St Bride’s High School in East Kilbride visited the Scottish Parliament on 21 September 2017 to discuss their views and ideas on what’s in store over the next 15 years or so.

The pupils were joined by Christina McKelvie MSP, convener of the Equalities and Human Rights Committee, Professor Sethu Vijayakumar from Edinburgh School of Robotics and judge from the BBC’s Robot Wars, and Allan Lindsay from Young Scot, as they watched a video rundown produced by the BBC of the Top 10 ideas from around Scotland for 2030 and then discussed what those ideas could mean for our lives.

Watch the video and let us know what you think Scotland could and should be like in 2030 and beyond.
